Job summary

A2Z-CM N.V. seeks a Business Developer to bridge business and IT within the Talent Hub IT Team in Amsterdam. You coordinate and monitor IT changes, translate stakeholder needs into workable IT solutions, and ensure governance and structured delivery.

For 2027 the focus is on SAP Position Management and Smart Recruiters, with a 1-year assignment, hybrid work, and ZZP allowed; relocation is not possible.

Qualifications

• Energetic professional with strategic thinking and execution.
• Strong stakeholder management and planning skills.
• Experience translating business requirements into IT solutions.
• Knowledge of onboarding new applications; SAP Position Management and Smart Recruiters preferred.
