RIXT.IT is seeking a Data Analyst to join the Finance & Business Control team. You will be embedded with the business, acting as an internal data consultant alongside the Data & AI team and IT.

Qualifications

• Candidates should have a solid foundation in data analysis and business-minded thinking.
• Experience translating business questions into practical data solutions is essential.
• Familiarity with BI tools and data visualization best practices is expected.

Responsibilities

• Automate recurring Business Control processes, reporting, and analytical workflows.
• Build and improve data solutions using Python, SQL, and Tableau.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, automated workflows, and reporting tools.
• Collaborate with Business Controllers and commercial teams to translate business questions into technical solutions.
• Enhance the Tableau environment and act as a point of contact for dashboards and self-service analytics.
• Make data more accessible for independent exploration by business stakeholders.
• Explore how AI and automation can improve analysis, reporting, and processes.
• Work with Data & AI and IT on data architecture, governance, security, and standards.
• Ensure solutions are reliable, scalable, tested, documented, and maintainable.
