Job summary

Join Carrier Rental Systems (DTKO BV) as a Business Development Manager Rental in Nieuwegein, Netherlands. Operating on a hybrid schedule, this role blends technical advisory with commercial account management to expand Carrier’s market footprint in temporary climate control solutions. You will consult with existing and prospective clients to design custom HVAC rental configurations—including chillers, heat pumps, air handling units, mobile air conditioners, and power generators—while leading contract negotiations and regional sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, target, and convert commercial sales opportunities across new and existing client accounts in the Netherlands.
• Provide technical consulting to tailor HVAC rental solutions (chillers, boilers, heat pumps, air handlers) to specific client project requirements.
• Prepare detailed technical proposals, financial calculations, and commercial quotes, following up to secure agreements.
• Manage end-to-end client relationships through active field visits, technical consultations, and ongoing account support.
• Represent Carrier at trade fairs, industry networking events, and present strategic quarterly sales plans to leadership.
