As a Business Development Manager at Yokogawa, you will bridge the gap between complex industrial operations and modern digital infrastructure. On any given day, you might be analyzing market trends in the energy sector or other industrial domains to identify where data silos are hindering performance. You will engage with technical stakeholders to discuss how middleware and data interfaces can streamline their operations, translating high-level business needs into robust technical propositions. Your day involves significant collaboration with internal engineering and product teams to ensure our digital offerings align with the evolving needs of the Dutch industrial landscape.

Key Challenges

While experience in the energy sector is a plus, your curiosity extends to various industrial sectors where digital transformation is a priority.

What We Offer

• A 40-hour work week with flexible start times between 07:00 and 09:30.
• 25 days of annual leave plus 6 ATV days, with the option to purchase up to 13 additional days.
• 8% holiday allowance (vakantiegeld) paid in May and a 5% end-of-year allowance in December.
• Remote work support including a daily allowance of €2.45 and a fixed monthly contribution.
• Commuting allowance of €0.23/km (up to €364 per month).
• A robust defined contribution pension scheme with ASR and employer-funded insurances (Accident and WIA Excess).
