Job summary

Voltiris seeks an Internship: Business Development in The Hague, Netherlands. The role merges Sales and Marketing, with a 60% office presence in a hybrid setup. Duration is 6 months full-time, starting ASAP, with potential to move to a full-time position.

You will support the full sales cycle, perform market and energy analysis, and help coordinate marketing activities and customer engagement across Europe. Driving licence is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor/Master/PhD in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Agriculture, Energy, or related field.
• Strong interest in sales, marketing, renewable energy, agritech, and innovation.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proactive mindset with autonomy and curiosity.
• Willingness to travel ~10% across Europe.
• Driving licence required.

Responsibilities

• Supporting the full sales cycle: outreach, qualification, meetings, proposals, and follow-up.
• Lead identification: market analysis and identifying growers, cooperatives, and other prospects.
• Lead qualification: outreach to growers and cooperatives and setting up meetings with Voltiris Sales Managers.
• Meeting preparation: creating tailor‑made presentations and presenting our technology and benefits.
• Analytics: analyzing grower energy data and economic factors to fit operations.
• Market intelligence: validating subsidies, energy valorization and geography-specific metrics.
• Supporting marketing activities, events and publications.
• Supporting customer success by visiting customers and gathering feedback and technical data.
