Job summary

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business or related field.
• 3–8 years of experience in Business Control, FP&A, Transaction Services, Performance Management or Strategy Consulting.
• Experience in an international environment.
• Affinity with manufacturing, industrial or commercial businesses.
• Strong analytical and financial modelling skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent in English and willing to travel internationally.

Responsibilities

• Act as a business partner to multiple international operating companies and their local CFOs.
• Coordinate the monthly reporting cycle, quarterly forecasts and annual budgeting process.
• Analyze financial and operational performance and identify profitability improvement opportunities.
• Challenge management teams through data-driven analyses and strategic insights.
• Support investment decisions, business cases and capital allocation across the portfolio.

The job profile

As Business Controller, you become part of a small, highly skilled Business Control team that plays a central role in connecting strategy, financial performance and operational execution across Broadview's international portfolio. Rather than functioning as a traditional holding controller, you work as a trusted business partner to the CFOs and management teams of several international operating companies.

From day one, you will be exposed to a wide variety of businesses, industries and strategic topics. One week you may be analysing operational performance at a manufacturing site in Germany, while the next you are supporting a due diligence process for a potential acquisition or developing benchmarking analyses across the international portfolio.
