Job summary

Tangelo Software, a Dutch scale-up with a unique platform for financial reporting, offers a hybrid work model with at least 2 days in the Zeist office and a rhythm aligned to client publication seasons.

You will guide clients from onboarding to go-live, bridge client, technology, and design, and own a portfolio as contact person, sales engineer, advisor, project manager, and trainer, with substantial schedule freedom.

Job description

This is your chance to work in a niche market with a unique software platform and major names like Eneco, Nationale Nederlanden, KPN, the Dutch government, and top banks. At Tangelo Software, you combine the dynamics of a compact, ambitious scale-up with the impact of global, listed clients. You will work in a hybrid setup—at least 2 days per week in the office—and your annual rhythm follows the publication season of these clients: from November through March, you will work intensively on projects and publications with your clients. In the quieter months, you will focus on relationship management, optimization, and professional development. This way, you work at a top level on the best software in our market, while maintaining balance and structure.

What you will do

In this role, you will guide clients from A to Z through the implementation and use of our platform. You will bridge the gap between the client, technology, and design, and ensure everything is correct in terms of both design and expectations. You are a contact person, sales engineer, advisor, project manager, and trainer all in one, with a high degree of responsibility for your own client portfolio. You will find a lot of freedom in managing your own schedule.

Where you will work

Tangelo Software is a Dutch scale-up with a unique software platform for financial reporting. Large organizations use our platform for annual reports, sustainability reports, and other publications—all in their own corporate identity, fully compliant, and visually strong. We operate in Europe and beyond, with a pragmatic culture: no-nonsense, few meetings, and a lot of responsibility.

Within the consulting team, you will work with six colleagues—independently, but with mutual support. Everyone manages their own client portfolio but helps each other where needed. You will work hybrid (at least 2 days at the office in Zeist) in a down-to-earth, professional atmosphere where quality and collaboration are key.

Who you are

We are looking for a communicatively strong consultant who demonstrates ownership and has an eye for detail. Additionally, you possess:

• Higher vocational education (HBO) level of working and thinking.
• Experience in consultancy, project, or account management.
• Preferably experience working on multiple projects simultaneously.
• Familiarity with client communication and stakeholder management.
• Affinity with software/SaaS/cloud solutions or design/reporting tools.
• Fluent in Dutch and English.
• Bonus points if you have experience with project management within design software.

What we offer

• Salary: €4,500 to €5,500 gross per month based on full-time employment.
• 8% holiday allowance and a bonus scheme: up to 5% of your gross annual salary.
• Paid overtime in peak months, time-for-time (compensatory time) outside of those.
• Flexibility: up to 2 days per week working from home.
• 28 vacation days per year (full-time).
• Representation allowance of €30 net per month.
• Home working allowance: €2.40 per day.
