Job summary

Tata Steel Netherlands zoekt een Application Consultant B binnen de Plan to Fulfil-waardestroom. Je legt de verbinding tussen bedrijfsprocessen en IT-oplossingen die productie en fulfilment ondersteunen, en werkt aan de SAP S/4HANA-transitie met stabiele applicatie-ondersteuning.

Je analyseert complexe processen, beheert stakeholders in NL en EN, en fungeert als schakel tussen business, IT, architectuur en delivery teams. Je draagt bij aan digitale transformatie en continue verbetering.

Qualifications

• Uitstekende communicatie in het Nederlands en Engels.
• Ervaring met analyseren en verbeteren van complexe bedrijfsprocessen.
• Sterke stakeholdermanagementervaring binnen een grote organisatie.
• Kennis van industriële en productieprocessen.
• Ervaring met SAP S/4HANA en het vertalen van bedrijfsbehoeften naar IT-oplossingen.
• Vermogen om collega's te coachen en continu te verbeteren.

Responsibilities

As an Application Consultant B within the Plan to Fulfil value stream, you connect business processes with IT solutions that support Tata Steel's manufacturing and fulfilment operations. You will work at the intersection of business, process improvement and technology, helping to shape the transition towards SAP S/4HANA while ensuring stable and reliable application support.

The Plan to Fulfil value stream covers the end-to-end planning, manufacturing, fulfilment and operational execution processes that are critical to Tata Steel's success. In this role, you translate operational requirements into scalable and future-proof IT solutions, ensuring business needs are understood, documented and successfully implemented.

As a business application consultant at Tata Steel...

• Analyse complex business processes and translate them into clear functional requirements and IT solutions.
• Work closely with Dutch-speaking stakeholders to understand operational challenges, priorities and improvement opportunities.
• Act as the connecting link between business, IT, architecture, functional management and delivery teams.
• Contribute to SAP S/4HANA-related improvements and digital transformation initiatives within the manufacturing domain.
• Support application lifecycle activities, including changes, releases, integrations and continuous improvements.
• Share your knowledge and coach colleagues in business processes, applications and stakeholder management.

• Monthly gross salary between €4.356,75 and €8.452,42 depending on experience and qualifications.

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA and translating business requirements into IT solutions.
• The ability to coach and mentor colleagues while driving continuous improvement.
