Job summary

Tata Steel Nederland zoekt een Application Consultant B binnen de Plan to Fulfil value stream. Je vertaalt operationele vereisten naar schaalbare IT-oplossingen en ondersteunt de SAP S/4HANA-transitie terwijl je applicatie-ondersteuning stabiel houdt.

Je werkt aan vertaald processen, knooppunt tussen business en IT en leidt verbeterinitiatieven in manufacturing en fulfilment.

Qualifications

• Uitgebreide communicatie in het Nederlands en Engels, mondeling en schriftelijk.
• Ervaring met het analyseren en verbeteren van complexe bedrijfsprocessen.
• Sterk stakeholdermanagement in een complexe organisatie.
• Kennis van industriële en productieprocessen.
• Ervaring met SAP S/4HANA en vertalen van bedrijfsbehoeften naar ICT-oplossingen.
• Vermogen om collega's te coachen en continu te verbeteren.

Responsibilities

• Analyseer complexe bedrijfsprocessen en vertaal ze naar functionele eisen en ICT-oplossingen.
• Werk nauw samen met Nederlandstalige stakeholders om operationele uitdagingen en verbeterkansen te begrijpen.
• Fungeer als schakel tussen business, IT, architectuur en leveringsteams.
• Draag bij aan SAP S/4HANA-gerelateerde verbeteringen en digitalisering in de maakindustrie.
• Ondersteun lifecycle-activiteiten van applicaties, inclusief wijzigingen, releases en integraties.
• Delen van kennis en coachen van collega's in bedrijfsprocessen en stakeholdermanagement.

Would you like to play a key role in the digital transformation of a leading and sustainable steel company? As an Application Consultant B within the Plan to Fulfil value stream, you connect business processes with IT solutions that support Tata Steel's manufacturing and fulfilment operations. You will work at the intersection of business, process improvement and technology, helping to shape the transition towards SAP S/4HANA while ensuring stable and reliable application support.

The Plan to Fulfil value stream covers the end-to-end planning, manufacturing, fulfilment and operational execution processes that are critical to Tata Steel's success. In this role, you translate operational requirements into scalable and future-proof IT solutions, ensuring business needs are understood, documented and successfully implemented.

• Analyse complex business processes and translate them into clear functional requirements and IT solutions.
• Work closely with Dutch-speaking stakeholders to understand operational challenges, priorities and improvement opportunities.
• Act as the connecting link between business, IT, architecture, functional management and delivery teams.
• Contribute to SAP S/4HANA-related improvements and digital transformation initiatives within the manufacturing domain.
• Support application lifecycle activities, including changes, releases, integrations and continuous improvements.
• Share your knowledge and coach colleagues in business processes, applications and stakeholder management.
