Job summary

IntellectEU is seeking a skilled Business Analyst with strong crypto domain knowledge to lead business analysis, product development, and integration for Digital and Traditional Assets platforms. The role is hybrid (2-3 days in the Amsterdam office) with a focus on DeFi, TradFi, and API-based integrations.

You will translate business requirements into functional specs, design data flows, support UAT, and collaborate with Innovation teams to drive MVPs and compliance across crypto projects.

Qualifications

• Experience in Capital Markets and securities lifecycle.
• Hands-on Digital Assets, crypto custody, wallets, or trading platforms.
• Knowledge of AML, KYC and regulatory compliance.
• Experience with API integrations and system interoperability.
• Agile business analysis with user stories and backlog management.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirement discovery and impact analysis across DeFi and TradFi space.

We are looking for a skilled Business Analyst with strong knowledge and understanding of the crypto domain to lead business analysis, product development, and integration for Digital and Traditional Assets platforms.

Type of cooperation - hybrid (2-3 times per week in the office).

Location - Netherlands, Amsterdam.

Responsibilities:

• Lead requirement discovery and impact analysis across DeFi and TradFi space.
• Translate business requirements intofunctional specifications, user stories, and technical artifacts.
• Developprocess models, data flows, and integration requirements (APIs, platforms).
• Support UAT, release readiness, and production validation.
• Gather requirements for the crypto project in collaboration with the Innovation and Value Proposition teams.
• Define operational processes and acceptance criteria.
• Participate in defining and refining MVPs with the team.
• Participate in and lead functional testing of the newly developed platform.
• Demonstrate knowledge of DevOps practices, Agile/Scrum delivery, and affinity with IT processes and APIs.

Requirements:

• Strong exposure to Capital Markets (Securities Lifecycle, Trading, Custody).
• Hands-on experience in Digital Assets, Crypto Custody, Wallets, or Trading platforms.
• Blockchain & Digital Assets knowledge (Tokenization, DLT platforms)
• Knowledge of AML, KYC, Transaction Monitoring, and Regulatory Compliance.
• Experience in Agile business analysis (User Stories, Backlog, Acceptance Criteria).
• Knowledge of Requirement Translation (Business, Functional, Technical)
• Experience with API Integrations & System Interoperability.
• Experience with institutional custody platforms (Fireblocks, BitGo, Anchorage, etc.).
• Exposure to tokenized assets / RWA / digital securities.
• Strong understanding of exchange, broker-dealer, or custodian ecosystems.
• Knowledge of data analysis and reporting in trading/custody environments.
