Bleckmann Solutions B.V. in the Netherlands is seeking a Business Analyst to analyze warehouse operation data, translate it into actionable insights, and develop reports and dashboards for internal and client use.

You will ensure data accuracy and governance, collect data from DWH and Tableau, and support data-driven decision making within the Central BI framework. Training and collaboration with the BI community are part of the role.

Qualificações

• Strong experience in data analysis, reporting, and visualization, with a strong focus on Tableau.
• Experience with large datasets, ensuring high data quality and accuracy.
• Knowledge of data governance principles and experience applying them in a collaborative environment.

Ready to join us?Tasks and responsibilities:As a Business Analyst you are responsible for analyzing historical data related to warehouse operations. You translate data into valuable insights that support performance evaluation, trend analysis, and data-driven decision-making.You will develop and maintain reports and dashboards for internal stakeholders as well as clients. In this role, you ensure data accuracy, consistency, and compliance with business requirements and the data governance policies defined by the Central BI team.Data Collection & AnalysisCollect, clean, and validate data from multiple sources, including Data Warehouses (DWH), Tableau, and local data sources.Analyze data using statistical methods to identify patterns, trends, and opportunities for improvement.Support operational targets within the warehousing cluster through actionable, data-driven insights.Reporting & VisualizationDevelop and maintain reports and dashboards in line with business needs, visualization standards, and data governance guidelines.Deliver clear and insightful reporting that enables stakeholders and clients to understand and act on data.Build and maintain client-specific reports in line with agreed service levels and expectations.Data Governance & CollaborationIdentify, communicate, and report data inconsistencies or discrepancies in Tableau or the Data Warehouse to the Central BI team.Ensure compliance with data governance, publication, and access restriction policies.Proactively report changes in operational data sources and assess their impact on existing reports and datasets.Actively participate in BI community sessions and data communication initiatives led by the Central BI team.Training & Knowledge SharingOrganize and facilitate on-site Tableau training sessions in collaboration with the Tableau trainer.Share best practices and insights with the broader BI community.Contribute to continuous improvement and a strong data-driven culture within the organization.Profile:Technical SkillsStrong experience in data analysis, reporting, and visualization, with a strong focus on Tableau.Experience working with large datasets, ensuring high data quality and accuracy.Knowledge of data governance principles and experience applying them in a collaborative environment.Personal SkillsStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.Excellent communication skills, capable of working effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.High attention to detail and a structured way of working.Leadership capabilities, including the confidence to deliver training sessions and support knowledge sharing.What do we offer ?A dynamic work environment in an international company.An exciting role with significant responsibility and room for initiative.The opportunity to contribute to innovative solutions within the logistics sector.A competitive salary, depending on experience and knowledge.At Bleckmann, we are guided by our values: We take a parachute and jump (Entrepreneurship), we unpack our knowledge (Expertise), we raise the bar with every box (Excellence), and we spark energy that connects (Engagement).
