Role Description

This full-time Business Analyst role at InnSpire is a hybrid position based in The Randstad, Netherlands, with flexibility to work from home part of the time. The Business Analyst will translate business needs into clear requirements, analyze data and processes, and provide insights that support strategic and operational decision-making. Day-to-day tasks include gathering and documenting requirements from stakeholders, mapping and improving business processes, preparing reports and dashboards, and supporting business planning initiatives. The role also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, facilitating workshops or meetings, and helping design and evaluate solutions that enhance customer experience and operational efficiency. The Business Analyst will regularly communicate findings to management, provide recommendations, and support implementation and change management activities.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills to interpret data, identify trends, and support evidence-based decision-making.
• Experience with business planning and business analysis, including requirements gathering and process improvement.
• Effective communication skills to clearly convey complex information to diverse stakeholders.
• Customer service orientation and ability to understand and advocate for customer and user needs.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Information Management, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Proficiency with common business analysis and productivity tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI or similar, presentation tools).
• Experience working in hybrid environments and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Fluency in English; proficiency in Dutch is an advantage.
