Job summary

Staffice zoekt een Bike Assembler in Mijdrecht die fietsen klaar maakt voor de weg. Je pikt finishing touches op, gebruikt verschillende gereedschappen en leert alles stap voor stap. Samen met je team zorg je dat elke fiets in topconditie vertrekt.

Ervaring als monteur of assemblage.type is welkom; er is ruimte voor training en een duidelijke loopbaanmogelijk. Een prettige werksfeer en begeleiding door Staffice worden geboden.

Qualifications

• Aantoonbare ervaring als monteur, tinkerer of assemblagetechnicus.
• Sterk technisch inzicht en behendigheid met handgereedschap.
• Proactieve houding en sterke focus op kwaliteit.
• Goede beheersing van Engels of Nederlands.
• Volledige werkweek van maandag tot en met vrijdag.

Responsibilities

• Bouw fietsen volledig volgens technische werkinstructies.
• Gebruik pneumatische, elektrische en handgereedschappen voor montage.
• Installeren, testen en afstellen van ver­snellingssystemen en kabelremmen.
• Signaleren en oplossen van technische onregelmatigheden tijdens het assemblageproces.
• Collega’s ondersteunen in andere delen van de productie.
• Een gestructureerde, schone en veilige werkomgeving behouden.

Job description

As a Bike Assembler via Staffice in Mijdrecht, you get bicycles ready for the road! You handle the finishing touches: attaching pedals, aligning handlebars, and doing a quick check. Small technical background needed; we teach you everything step by step. Together with your team, you make sure every bike leaves in top shape!

Werkzaamheden

• Building bicycles completely according to technical work instructions
• Using pneumatic, electric, and manual tools for assembly work
• Installing, testing, and fine-tuning gear systems and cable brakes
• Spotting and resolving technical irregularities during the assembly process
• Supporting colleagues in different parts of the production line when needed
• Maintaining a structured, clean, and safe working environment

Wij zoeken

• Proven background as a mechanic, tinkerer, or assembly technician
• Strong technical insight and dexterity with hand tools
• A proactive mindset and strong focus on quality
• Good command of English or Dutch
• Full-time availability from Monday to Friday
