Job summary

Staffice zoekt een medewerker als fietsmonteur en assemblage-technicus in Mijdrecht. Je maakt complete fietsen stap voor stap volgens duidelijke safety- en productie-instructies en lost kleine assemblage-uitdagingen op zodat elke fiets goed werkt.

Je werkt met diverse gereedschappen en bewaakt kwaliteit, met een no-nonsense aanpak en samenhang met collega's om de productie vlot te laten verlopen. Er is uitzicht op vast contract en een prettige werksfeer.

Qualifications

• Ervaring als monteur, knutselaar of assemblage-technicus.
• Technische inzicht en handvaardigheid.
• Proactieve instelling en kwaliteitgericht.
• Goede beheersing van Engels of Nederlands.
• Fulltime beschikbaarheid van maandag tot en met vrijdag.

Responsibilities

• Fietsen bouwen volgens instructies.
• Gebruik van pneumatische, elektrische en handgereedschappen.
• Installeren, testen en afstellen van versnellingen en kabelremmen.
• Technische afwijkingen signaleren en oplossen.
• Collega's ondersteunen op verschillende productie-onderdelen.
• Veilig en net werken, werkomgeving onderhouden.

In the position of Bicycle Mechanic & Assembly Technician, you work via Staffice on the technical construction of high-quality bicycles in Mijdrecht. You build complete bicycles step by step according to clear safety and production guidelines. Throughout the shift, you solve minor assembly challenges and adjust mechanical components so every bike operates smoothly. You take responsibility for quality and work closely with your colleagues to keep production running efficiently.

Werkzaamheden

• Building bicycles completely according to technical work instructions
• Using pneumatic, electric, and manual tools for assembly work
• Installing, testing, and fine-tuning gear systems and cable brakes
• Spotting and resolving technical irregularities during the assembly process
• Supporting colleagues in different parts of the production line when needed
• Maintaining a structured, clean, and safe working environment

Wij zoeken

• Proven background as a mechanic, tinkerer, or assembly technician
• Strong technical insight and dexterity with hand tools
• A proactive mindset and strong focus on quality
• Good command of English or Dutch
• Full-time availability from Monday to Friday
