Job summary

Staffice biedt via Staffice een positie als fietsmonteur en assemblage-technicus in Mijdrecht. Je assembleert complete fietsen stap voor stap volgens duidelijke veiligheids- en productievoorschriften en past mechanische onderdelen aan zodat elke fiets soepel werkt. Je controleert kwaliteit en werkt nauw samen met collega’s om de productie draaiende te houden. Het betreft een voltijdse functie via Staffice.

Qualifications

• Aantoonbare ervaring als monteur/assemblagemedewerker.
• Sterke technische handvaardigheid en precisie.
• Goede beheersing van Engels of Nederlands.
• Fulltime beschikbaar van maandag tot en met vrijdag.

Responsibilities

• Bouwen van fietsen volgens technische werkinstructies.
• Gebruik van pneumatische, elektrische en handgereedschappen.
• Installeren, testen en afstellen van versnellingen en kabelremmen.
• Signaleren en oplossen van technische afwijkingen tijdens het assemblageproces.
• Collega's ondersteunen op verschillende delen van de productielijn.
• Zorg dragen voor een gestructureerde, schone en veilige werkomgeving.

Job description

In the position of Bicycle Mechanic & Assembly Technician, you work via Staffice on the technical construction of high-quality bicycles in Mijdrecht. You build complete bicycles step by step according to clear safety and production guidelines. Throughout the shift, you solve minor assembly challenges and adjust mechanical components so every bike operates smoothly. You take responsibility for quality and work closely with your colleagues to keep production running efficiently.

Werkzaamheden

• Building bicycles completely according to technical work instructions
• Using pneumatic, electric, and manual tools for assembly work
• Installing, testing, and fine-tuning gear systems and cable brakes
• Spotting and resolving technical irregularities during the assembly process
• Supporting colleagues in different parts of the production line when needed
• Maintaining a structured, clean, and safe working environment

• Proven background as a mechanic, tinkerer, or assembly technician
• Strong technical insight and dexterity with hand tools
• A proactive mindset and strong focus on quality
• Good command of English or Dutch
• Full-time availability from Monday to Friday
