Job summary

Leonardo Hotels Benelux is seeking an All-Rounder for our Groningen location to welcome guests at breakfast, assist with lunch service, and help maintain a smooth dining operation. You will manage the breakfast buffet, plate and serve items, and ensure guests have a relaxed morning start.

The role rewards enthusiasm, flexibility, and a willingness to provide delightful experiences to guests, with opportunities to grow within the hotel. Weekend availability is preferred.

Qualifications

• Previous hospitality experience or in a comparable work environment.
• Representative and enthusiastic demeanor, and conveys this to colleagues.
• Ability to surprise our guests creatively, especially during the mornings.
• Flexible working hours; available on weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage the breakfast buffet and serve guests.
• Clear and clean tables after breakfast and assist with lunch preps and service.

About The Job

With your warm smile, you give our guests the perfect start to their day. While they’re still rubbing the sleep from their eyes, you’re already serving them a delicious cup of coffee and a fresh croissant. After a relaxed breakfast, you clear and clean the table — because you love pampering our guests!

Before breakfast, you make sure the buffet is perfectly prepared and everything is ready to go. After breakfast, you also help out with the lunch preps and service. Chaos? Not with you — you’re stress resistant, calm, and always keep the overview.

Our hotel is located next to MartiniPlaza, on the edge of the city centre, in the striking La Liberté building. Its industrial and distinctive character perfectly reflects Groningen: a little bold, down-to-earth, and above all, never boring. On the third floor, you will find our restaurant Chef’s! Food & Drinks. Here, we welcome guests for breakfast, business lunches, dinners, and drinks. We believe it is important that our guests have an excellent experience. But we also believe that this is only possible when our own people enjoy coming to work. Job Requirements
