Job summary

LEONARDO HOTEL GRONINGEN STADSPARK is seeking a morning-focused All-Rounder to welcome guests, set up breakfast buffets, serve coffee, and ensure a smooth dining experience. You will also assist with lunch prep and service, keeping areas tidy and guests smiling throughout the morning.

The role offers opportunities to develop skills, attend training, and grow within the hotel while enjoying a busy, energetic work environment on the Groningen Stadspart location.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or a comparable work environment.
• Representative and enthusiastic personality for colleagues and guests.
• Ability to surprise guests creatively, especially in the mornings.
• Flexible in working hours and available on weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage the breakfast buffet to ensure readiness.
• Provide breakfast service and assist guests with ordering coffee and croissants.
• Clear and clean tables after meals and maintain a welcoming dining area.
• Assist with lunch preparations and service during the day.
• Stay calm under pressure and maintain an overview during busy periods.

With your warm smile, you give our guests the perfect start to their day. While they’re still rubbing the sleep from their eyes, you’re already serving them a delicious cup of coffee and a fresh croissant. After a relaxed breakfast, you clear and clean the table — because you love pampering our guests!

Before breakfast, you make sure the buffet is perfectly prepared and everything is ready to go. After breakfast, you also help out with the lunch preps and service. Chaos? Not with you — you’re stress resistant, calm, and always keep the overview.

Requirements
