Job summary

Tommy Hilfiger is seeking a Store Manager to lead our brand experience in a high-traffic retail environment. You will drive sales, manage budgets, and inspire a team to deliver exceptional customer service while upholding brand standards across the store floor and back room.

You will partner with leadership to execute visual merchandising, analyze performance, and implement action plans that enhance profitability and the customer journey.

Qualifications

• Progressive retail experience.
• Store management experience in the service or retail industry.
• Extensive experience delivering a high level of customer service in a brand retailer.
• Experience in store operations, budgeting, planning and people management.

Responsibilities

• Partner with store management to build on business opportunities and achieve Company standards and goals.
• Identify opportunities and collaborate with others to grow the business or improve performance.
• Foster a positive store experience by treating customers and staff with fairness and consistency.
• Ensure visual merchandising standards and stock levels are maintained across sales floor and back room.
• Communicate with buying teams to ensure appropriate stock and demographics are met.
• Analyze store level reports and create action plans to improve results.
