Job summary

Foxelli Group is looking for a Brand Manager Assistant to grow Hooks & Needs, a crochet/knitting focused brand. You’ll collaborate across product development, feedback, and marketing, ensuring content accuracy and project momentum.

You’ll review patterns, engage creators, and stay on top of trends, with crochet knowledge considered a strong advantage. This is a remote freelance contract role with flexibility.

Qualifications

• Extreme attention to detail and accuracy in work.
• Organized with strong project management.
• Tech-savvy with experience using Shopify, Asana, Google Sheets, Claude, InDesign, and AI tools.
• Independent and able to take ownership.

• Crochet or knitting knowledge is a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

• Help develop and improve products for Hooks & Needles.
• Review patterns, instructions, and content for accuracy and quality.
• Work with creators and internal teams to bring projects to life.
• Review customer feedback and spot trends, issues, and opportunities.
• Turn insights into ideas for improving products and customer experience.
• Keep up with crochet and knitting trends.
• Research new ideas, products, opportunities for the brand.
• Help with product-related customer questions and feedback.
• Support marketing initiatives and campaigns.
• Source creative content and support product storytelling.
• Use AI tools to speed up research and everyday tasks.
• Look for ways technology can help us work faster and smarter.
