Procter and Gamble in Rotterdam is offering a Strategic Brand Internship where you will co-lead launches and analyze brand performance. You’ll work with a multi-functional commercial team across Europe, gaining hands-on experience in Brand Management and contributing to campaigns for Pampers, Gillette, and more.

Brand Management Internship

• Starting pay / salary range: €1,200.00 / month

You will be offered a position in a multi-functional commercial team - organized around the iconic brands that we sell in Europe (Pampers, Gillette, Oral-B, Always, Head & Shoulders, Ariel, Dreft etc.) - consisting of managers with different functional expertise backgrounds (Brand Management - to which you will report, Sales, Finance, Product Supply, Advertising, and Media agencies).

YOUR CONTRIBUTION TO P&G’S SUCCESS:

• You will co-lead a new launch or evaluate the current strategies of a brand or product;
• You will lead monthly market & brand analysis deep-dives, crunch data, and gather the input of a multi-functional team to elevate key findings and recommend actions to improve the business results;
• You will work on the design & execution of brand campaigns, both in retail and e-commerce (media, digital, CRM, displays, PR);
• You will lead campaigns briefs (regional campaign localization or local campaign build-up) & follow up on execution with your agency partners;
• You will co-develop deployment presentations of our upcoming product launches;
• You will organize internal events;
• Your overall mission will be to grow the category value and the market share of the brand you will be working on, by touching and convincing more consumers to opt for your brand, suggesting strategic choices in terms of overall brand strategy, trial, media & communication plans, and driving it perfectly.
