Job summary

US Tech Solutions is seeking a Brand Community Strategist to support the Netherlands market. You will bridge corporate marketing objectives with authentic client communities, acting as a subject-matter expert for partner requests and overall activation strategies across subClients.

You will collaborate with Sales and Client Partner teams, guiding brand engagement, profile setup, moderation, and use of Client Pro listening tools.

Qualifications

• Active Client user with deep understanding of subclients, threads, crossposts, and community dynamics.
• 4–7 years experience in community management, social media strategy, or agency-side support.
• Proven capability to handle diverse partner requests and translate internet culture into actionable marketing guidance.
• Hands-on understanding of profile setup, account verification, community moderation dynamics, and Client Pro listening tools.
• Strategic empathy and marketing literacy to align community health with marketing funnels.
• Self-starter capable of guiding brands through non-standardized requests.

Responsibilities

• Organic Strategy & Recommendations: advise where a brand should engage across subClients.
• Copywriting Education & Enablement: guide posts, comments, and AMA tone/voice.
• Moderation & Community Guidance: support moderator outreach and rules adherence.
• Profile Setup & Tools Activation: assist profile setup, verification, and listening features.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: work with Sales and Client Partner teams on approvals.
• Product Feedback: synthesize insights to inform product/engineering improvements.
