Job summary

Robin Radar is seeking a Parts, BOM and Configuration Management Engineer in the Netherlands to ensure precise part data, accurate BOMs, and robust configuration control across the product lifecycle.

You will collaborate with I&D, Procurement and Production to align standards and provide reliable data for production and maintenance. The role reports to the Head of Engineering and supports global radar systems engineering teams.

Qualifications

• Degree in engineering, supply chain, or related field.
• 2+ years' experience in BOM and configuration management, preferably high-tech.
• Solid understanding of part classification, BOM structures, and configuration principles.
• Hands-on experience with ERP and PLM software platforms.
• Fluent English, written and spoken.
• Exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
• Collaborative team player with clear cross-cultural communication and ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Part identification and cataloguing with precise part numbers, descriptions, and specs.
• Create and maintain BOMs with accurate materials, subassemblies, and supplier data.
• Implement configuration control and track design changes across products.
• Maintain lifecycle records and end-to-end traceability from design to maintenance.
• Provide production and cross-functional support with accurate configuration data.
• Integrate BOMs and configuration rules into ERP and PLM systems.
