It's a hands-on, physically active position with flexible hours and evenings/weekends. Growth options toward technical work or skipper roles exist within a supportive, energetic team.

Qualifications

• 18+ years old and willing to roll up sleeves.
• Energetic with a practical mindset.
• Able to speak Dutch or English (or both).
• Available at least 2 days per week, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Stock management: refill boats with drinks and supplies.
• Prepare boats for next trips (clean, complete, and tidy).
• Keep harbour and living boat tidy and presentable.
• Collaborate in a lively, young team that supports each other.
• Possibility to grow toward technical work or sailing duties.
