Job summary

Mauser Packaging Solutions sucht eine erfahrene Fachkraft für Instandhaltung und Wartung, insbesondere für Extrusionsblasformen. Sie prüfen, warten und reparieren Produktionsanlagen und koordinieren internationale Serviceeinsätze.

Sie bringen eine Ausbildung als Industriemechaniker oder vergleichbare Qualifikation mit, arbeiten planvoll, sicherheitsbewusst und sind reisefreudig. Deutsch und Englischkenntnisse sind erforderlich; Home-Office-Option wird angeboten.

Qualifications

• Ausbildung als Industriemechaniker, Mechatroniker, Techniker oder vergleichbare Qualifikation.
• Planung, Montage, Demontage und Reparatur von Produktionsanlagen und Automatisierungstechnik; Auslandseinsätze möglich.
• Umfangreiche Kenntnisse von Kunststoffverarbeitungsmaschinen, speziell Extrusionsblasformen; Grundverständnis des Verfahrens.
• Grundkenntnisse von elektrischer, hydraulischer und pneumatischer Antriebstechnik sowie Fertigungstechnik.
• Erfahrung in Planung, Steuerung, Umsetzung und Dokumentation von Projekten mit externen Lieferanten sowie vorbeugender Instandhaltung.
• MS Office beherrschen; gutes Englisch mit technischem Fokus.
• Mindestens 8 Jahre relevante Berufserfahrung.
• Eigenständige, lösungsorientierte und strukturierte Arbeitsweise; Sicherheit hat Priorität.
• Reisebereitschaft weltweit (bis 40% der Arbeitszeit) sowie Teamfähigkeit, Anpassungsfähigkeit und Lernbereitschaft.

Responsibilities

• Unterstützung der Produktionsstandorte bei Optimierung und Wartung der Produktionsanlage, insbesondere Blasformmaschinen.
• Maßnahmen zur Vermeidung oder Reduzierung von Ausfallzeiten umsetzen.
• Projekte mit Reparatur, Überholung und Verlagerung von Produktionsanlagen; Zeitpläne und Kostenschätzungen erstellen.
• Montage-, Demontage- und Reparaturarbeiten an Maschinenteilen durchführen.
• Komponenten reinigen, prüfen und bei Bedarf Angebote einholen/ vergleichen.
• Koordination mit internen und externen Lieferanten, um Arbeiten ordnungsgemäß auszuführen und Ausfallzeiten zu minimieren; Abstimmung mit Produktionsplanung.
• Zustand der Maschinen beurteilen, Maßnahmen ableiten und Datenbank pflegen.
• Spezifikationen ausarbeiten.
• Systematische Wartungspläne erstellen.
• Schulungen im Bereich Reparatur und Instandhaltung durchführen.
• Serviceanweisungen und Richtlinien erstellen.

Aufgaben

• Supporting production sites in optimising and maintaining production plant, in particular extrusion blow moulding machines
• Implementing measures to prevent or reduce downtime
• Managing projects involving the repair, overhaul and relocation of production plant; drawing up schedules and cost estimates
• Carrying out manual work involved in the assembly, dismantling and repair of machine components
• Cleaning and inspecting components and, where necessary, obtaining and comparing quotations
• Coordinating with internal and external suppliers to ensure work is carried out properly and to minimise downtime, in coordination with production planning and the management of the site concerned
• Assessing and documenting the condition of machinery, as well as the measures to be derived from this, and managing the relevant database
• Drawing up specifications
• Drawing up systematic maintenance schedules
• Conducting training courses in the areas of repair and maintenance
• Drawing up service instructions and guidelines

Qualifikation

• Completed apprenticeship as an industrial mechanic, mechatronics technician, technical engineer or a comparable qualification
• Strong planning and practical skills, as well as experience in the assembly, dismantling and repair of production plant and automation technology, including service assignments abroad
• Comprehensive knowledge of plastics processing machinery, in particular extrusion blow moulding machines, as well as a basic understanding of the extrusion blow moulding process
• Basic knowledge of electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic drive technology, as well as knowledge of mechanical machining and heat treatment methods
• Experience in planning, managing, implementing and documenting projects involving external suppliers, as well as in preventive maintenance
• Proficiency in MS Office, as well as good command of English with a technical focus
• At least 8 years’ relevant professional experience
• An independent, solution-oriented and structured approach to work, with a strong focus on safety
• Willingness to travel worldwide (up to 40 per cent of annual working hours), as well as the ability to adapt, work in a team and learn
