Job summary

Mauser Packaging Solutions sucht einen erfahrenen Instandhaltungsingenieur zur Unterstützung unserer Produktionsstandorte. Sie betreuen Wartungs- und Reparaturarbeiten an Anlagen, insbesondere Blasformen, planen Projekte mit externen Lieferanten und erstellen Kostenkalkulationen.

Sie verfügen über eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Industriemechaniker/Mechatroniker oder vergleichbar, bringen Reisebereitschaft weltweit (bis zu 40%), gute Englischkenntnisse und eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise mit.

Qualifications

• Arbeits- und Montageerfahrung in Produktionstechnik
• Grundkenntnisse in elektrischen/hydraulischen Antrieben
• Projektleitung bei externen Anlagenlieferanten und Instandhaltungsprojekten

Responsibilities

• Unterstützung der Produktionsstandorte bei Optimierung und Wartung von Produktionsanlagen, insbesondere Blasformen
• Maßnahmen zur Verminderung von Stillstandszeiten implementieren
• Projektleitung bei Reparatur, Überholung und Umverlegung von Anlagen; Kostenkalkulation erstellen
• Durchführung von Montage- und Demontagearbeiten, Wartung und Inspektion von Bauteilen
• Angebote einholen, vergleichen und Koordination mit internen/externen Lieferanten
• Prozesse dokumentieren und Anlagenzustände bewerten
• Schnittstellen zur Produktionsplanung und Standortleitung managen
• Schulungen in Reparatur- und Wartungsbereichen durchführen
• Dienstanweisungen und Guidelines erstellen

Aufgaben

• Supporting production sites in optimising and maintaining production plant, in particular extrusion blow moulding machines
• Implementing measures to prevent or reduce downtime
• Managing projects involving the repair, overhaul and relocation of production plant; drawing up schedules and cost estimates
• Carrying out manual work involved in the assembly, dismantling and repair of machine components
• Cleaning and inspecting components and, where necessary, obtaining and comparing quotations
• Coordinating with internal and external suppliers to ensure work is carried out properly and to minimise downtime, in coordination with production planning and the management of the site concerned
• Assessing and documenting the condition of machinery, as well as the measures to be derived from this, and managing the relevant database
• Drawing up specifications
• Drawing up systematic maintenance schedules
• Conducting training courses in the areas of repair and maintenance
• Drawing up service instructions and guidelines

Qualifikation

• Completed apprenticeship as an industrial mechanic, mechatronics technician, technical engineer or a comparable qualification
• Strong planning and practical skills, as well as experience in the assembly, dismantling and repair of production plant and automation technology, including service assignments abroad
• Comprehensive knowledge of plastics processing machinery, in particular extrusion blow moulding machines, as well as a basic understanding of the extrusion blow moulding process
• Basic knowledge of electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic drive technology, as well as knowledge of mechanical machining and heat treatment methods
• Experience in planning, managing, implementing and documenting projects involving external suppliers, as well as in preventive maintenance
• Proficiency in MS Office, as well as good command of English with a technical focus
• At least 8 years’ relevant professional experience
• An independent, solution-oriented and structured approach to work, with a strong focus on safety
• Willingness to travel worldwide (up to 40 per cent of annual working hours), as well as the ability to adapt, work in a team and learn
