Job summary

Panda International is seeking an Operator to support day-to-day manufacturing in a highly controlled GMP environment. You will perform aseptic manufacturing activities, operate and monitor equipment, and ensure accurate documentation and batch records.

A strong emphasis on quality and patient safety underpins all tasks. Ideal candidates have experience in biopharmaceutical manufacturing, cell culture, and a proactive, team-oriented approach.

Qualifications

• Has experience working in biopharmaceutical manufacturing, GMP, or an aseptic environment.
• Has experience with cell culture, mammalian cell culture, or CGT manufacturing.
• Understands the importance of working accurately within a regulated environment.
• Is comfortable following detailed procedures and documentation.
• Has a strong sense of responsibility for product quality and patient safety.
• Is a reliable team player with a hands-on and proactive approach.
• Is willing to work according to the required production schedule, including shifts if applicable.
• Experience in Cell & Gene Therapy is highly desirable, but candidates with strong aseptic or cell-culture manufacturing experience are also encouraged to apply.

Contract: Permanent, full-time

The Role

As an Operator, you will work in a highly controlled and regulated environment, supporting day-to-day manufacturing activities while maintaining the highest standards of quality, safety, and compliance.

Your responsibilities may include:

• Performing manufacturing activities in an aseptic environment
• Working with cell culture and/or mammalian cell culture processes
• Following SOPs, batch records, and GMP procedures
• Operating and monitoring manufacturing equipment
• Performing in-process checks and documenting activities accuratelyMaintaining a clean and controlled production environment
• Supporting troubleshooting and continuous improvement activities
• Working closely with Quality, Process Development, and other Operations teams

About You

We are looking for someone who:
