Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional software engineering experience, ideally with TypeScript and AWS.
• A serious bar for correctness; understands the importance of edge cases.
• Strong fundamentals in distributed systems, data modelling and API design.
• Comfort with complexity and ambiguity in billing-related scenarios.

Responsibilities

• Build a scalable multi-country billing platform.
• Design core billing capabilities across jurisdictions.
• Own the dunning flow and integrations with payment providers.
• Set the bar for engineering quality and handle incidents in billing.
