Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience.
• 4 years of experience in data center operations or other relevant operational experience in non-data center industries.
• 4 years of experience managing technical teams and vendors in charge of operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting electrical, mechanical, and controls infrastructure and components.

Responsibilities

• Own campus operational budgets, forecast expenses, and manage budgets focusing on total cost of ownership (TCO).
• Maintain SLAs for uptime, efficiencies, and cost; monitor data center systems and coordinate site activities to minimize risk.
• Develop strategies to reduce operating costs and improve data center efficiency while minimizing environmental impact (WUE, PUE).
• Oversee rapid management of data center performance issues and outages to minimize recovery time from failures.
