Job summary

The role requires 8 years in data center operations or related fields, 5 years in leading technical teams, fluency in English and Dutch, travel ability, and a valid B driving

Qualifications

• 8 years of experience in data center operations or other relevant operational experience in non-DC industries.
• 5 years of experience managing technical teams and vendors in charge of operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting electrical, mechanical, and controls infrastructure and components.
• Ability to communicate in English and Dutch fluently to support client relationship management in this region.
• Ability to travel as needed.
• Driving license Category B.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee 24/7 data center operations to meet uptime and safety objectives.
• Drive cost optimization and continuous improvement for data center efficiency.
• Manage environmental and safety standards and respond to operational excursions effectively.
