Job summary

Yuma is building a Tender Desk to support a scalable, efficient bid and tender process across the Benelux. You will coordinate RFPs from intake to submission, align Sales and service lines, and ensure timely, high-quality proposals.

We seek 2–5 years in bid management, strong organizational skills, and fluency in Dutch/French and English. Join a growing team covering the Dutch and Belgium markets, reporting to Sales leadership.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in bid management, proposals or commercial operations.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Proactive, structured and detail-oriented.
• Comfortable working with multiple stakeholders.
• You will be part of building a Tender Desk that will expand into a 2-person Benelux team, covering the Dutch and Belgium markets.
• Fluent in Dutch or French and English.
• Experience with CRM systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate RFPs, RFIs and tenders from intake to submission.
• Build & improve bid processes and tooling.
• Support the setup of a structured tender process, templates and tooling.
• Help establish ways of working for a scalable Tender Desk.
• Continuously improve processes, quality and efficiency.
• Align Sales, Service Lines and supporting teams to deliver strong proposals.
• Ensure deadlines, quality and compliance are met.
• Act as the central point of coordination (not content owner).
• Monitor tender pipeline, win rates and performance.
• Support sales and tender reporting.
• Check lead and deal quality (TLO quality control: completeness & accuracy).
• Help maintain the Growth CCO repository and ensure data quality.
