Who you are

As a assembly employee, it is important that you meet the following requirements:

• Available from Monday to Friday (Saturday is optional)
• Available full-time from 7:00 to 16:00
• Able to speak English to work effectively in an international environment
• Possess technical knowledge and the ability to handle tools
• Live in the Lelystad area or have your own reliable transportation

What will you do

Upon arrival in the morning, you will discuss the day with your colleagues over a cup of coffee in the canteen. When it is time to start, you will head to your department where the team leader will brief you on the daily targets. You and your team will then work together to assemble bicycle parts. Each warehouse worker has a dedicated station and specific tasks on the production line—such as installing electric motors or attaching brake cables. Because operations move at a fast pace, precision and efficiency are key to keeping the line running smoothly. Together, you ensure that top-quality bicycles are successfully delivered to customers.
