Monks is seeking a data-focused professional to join its data team in the Netherlands. You’ll design, streamline, and manage dashboards and data products that drive smarter decision-making across the company.

You’ll translate complex datasets into actionable insights, oversee data pipelines, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to support project delivery and business performance. This hybrid role emphasizes initiative, autonomy, and clear data storytelling for diverse audiences.

Formación

• Degree in data-related field and hands-on SQL experience.
• Experience with dashboards and data visualization tools.
• Knowledge of Python, R or JavaScript for data manipulation.
• Ability to translate data into stories for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Detail-oriented with accuracy and autonomy.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Familiarity with GCP or other cloud platforms is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Build, optimize, and maintain reports and dashboards that help teams evaluate project and business performance.
• Manage the data team backlog, acting as project manager for ongoing initiatives.
• Analyze large datasets to detect trends, identify anomalies, and surface actionable insights.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to offer analytical support and guide data‑informed decisions.
• Maintain and improve data pipelines using integration tools across multiple platforms.
• Develop and deliver clear data visualizations and spreadsheets tailored for different audiences.
• Monitor for data quality issues and proactively propose solutions.
• Drive process improvements that enhance the efficiency and value of the data function.
