Job summary
Vincere is seeking an Asset Manager for BESS who will own the lifecycle of installed-base assets, from post-commissioning through end-of-life. You will be the main customer liaison, balancing commercial judgement with technical oversight to maximize performance and profitability.
You will coordinate field service, perform root cause analyses, and manage risks, deployments, and reporting to enable rapid scaling of the business.
Qualifications
- HBO or WO degree in Energy Systems or Engineering.
- 5–7 years in technical asset management or operations, ideally within BESS/renewables.
- Fluent in Dutch and English.
- Strong contractual knowledge and ability to translate technical detail for commercial stakeholders.
- Bonus for hands-on experience with hardware performance profiles and RCAs.
Responsibilities
- Be the accountability owner and main liaison for installed-base customers, manage escalations, SLAs, and renewals.
- Coordinate field service deployments and oversee maintenance delivery.
- Monitor asset performance and shape lifecycle strategies from upgrades to end-of-life decommissioning.
- Identify and mitigate technical and commercial risks to stay compliant and scalable.
