Job summary

Netflix in Amsterdam seeks a senior leader to define and execute the strategy for the Benelux scripted slate across series and film. You will guide projects from pitch to production and launch, shaping a balanced slate with a local sensibility and a broad appeal for Netflix members.

You will leverage data to support creative instincts, manage multiple projects at different stages, and collaborate with strategic partners and Netflix teams across Business, Legal, FP&A, CPS&O, Production, Finance,

Qualifications

• Editorial experience guiding multiple projects across development and production.
• Leadership excellence with a track record of coaching creative teams.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build partnerships with external partners.
• Functional expertise in scripted series and/or film within the Benelux market.
• Fluent in Dutch and English with excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop the Benelux scripted team with clear communication and people management.
• Build a balanced scripted slate using creative instincts and data-informed decisions.
• Serve as the lead creative on behalf of Netflix for key titles.
• Evaluate ideas and provide creative feedback across development and production stages.
• Proactively build relationships with Producers, Production Companies, and Talent.
• Collaborate with Netflix teams (Business, Legal, FP&A, Production, Marketing, etc.).
• Share knowledge across EMEA teams on creative wins and best practices.
