A green tech company in Amsterdam is seeking an experienced ESS Regional Project Manager to lead their Energy Storage Systems business. Responsibilities include project planning, team coordination, stakeholder communication, and quality assurance. The ideal candidate has over 2-3 years of project management experience in energy storage or renewables and possesses strong leadership and interpersonal skills. The role requires fluency in English and French, with Dutch being beneficial, and involves travel within Europe.

Qualifications

• 2-3+ years in project management leadership within energy storage, renewables, or technical infrastructure sectors.
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Proven experience managing teams and developing customer relationships.
• Skilled in solution-based project management, with strong contract negotiation ability.
• Fluent in English and French (minimum B2 level); Dutch is beneficial.
• Willing to travel 40-50% of the time.

Responsibilities
