Job summary

Butternut Box in Amsterdam/Brussels is seeking an inspirational Operations Manager/Specialist to lead Benelux logistics. You will own relationships with 3PLs and last‑mile partners, scale the regional footprint, and drive a culture of care, quality and delight for dogs and their owners.

You will partner with Marketing, Sales and Customer Love to optimize availability, delivery quality and customer experience while building scalable processes for growth across the Benelux region.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Dutch and English; French is a plus.
• Proven experience in logistics and 3PL/last‑mile operations.
• Strong data‑driven approach to improving service levels.

Responsibilities

• Own operational performance in the Benelux; ensure best‑in‑class customer experience.
• Coordinate with Marketing and Sales on supply/demand alignment (S&OP).
• Partner with Customer Love to drive operations improvements from feedback.
• Set up and manage day‑to‑day ops with regional 3PL partners; receive, pick, pack, dispatch.
• Oversee last‑mile delivery performance and OTIF metrics.
• Forecast volumes for packing and courier collections; manage stock levels.
