Job summary

J.P. Morgan is seeking an Investment Banking Analyst for the Benelux M&A and Corporate Finance team to support the full cycle of M&A and capital markets transactions.

You will prepare marketing pitches, refine financial analyses, and present materials for internal committees and clients. You will work with senior bankers, gain formal training, hands-on learning, and ongoing mentoring in a global investment bank known for its client relationships and deal execution across the Benelux

Qualifications

• Experience in executing M&A and capital markets transactions.
• Strong financial modelling and valuation skills with high attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects under pressure.
• Understanding of the investment banking product cycle.
• Proven teamwork and self-directed work style.
• Preferred fluent English and Dutch.

Responsibilities

• Perform detailed valuation analyses, including DCF, trading comparables, transaction comparables and LBO analyses
• Support daily deal execution and project management of clients
• Prepare presentation books, management presentations, Board materials, Memorandums, and other presentation materials for use in corporate finance transactions or strategic client dialogue
• Perform detailed combination, transaction structuring analysis and other financial analysis
• Work with J.P. Morgan product and sector teams
