Job summary

Envipco in the Netherlands is seeking a Project Manager to oversee the installation of deposit-return machines across the Benelux, coordinating customers, production, service, marketing and logistics. You will manage timelines, risks, and administrative processes, while supporting sales opportunities and gathering customer feedback to improve future solutions.

Fluent Dutch and English required; 5+ years in international PM roles.

Qualifications

• 5+ years as a Project Coordinator or Assistant Project Manager in international settings.
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems, especially Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O.
• Proactive problem-solver who remains calm under time pressure and focused on customer satisfaction.
• Fluent in Dutch and English.

Responsibilities

• Oversee installation projects of deposit-return machines across the Benelux.
• Coordinate client, production teams, service, marketing, logistics and site owners.
• Manage project timelines and all required operational activities.
• Evaluate risks and provide feedback to Business Development.
• Coordinate with Finance for administrative processing.
• Support additional sales opportunities with the Business Development team.
• Gather customer feedback for future improvements.
• Stay updated with new product developments and ensure high service level.
• Provide operational SCM/Logistics support in the Netherlands using Dynamics 365 F&O.
