Job summary

Beyond Meat is seeking a Regional Sales Manager for BeNeLux to drive foodservice sales across Belgium, Netherlands and Luxembourg. You will develop customer plans, forecast demand, and manage distributors while working with Marketing, Logistics and R&D to grow the business.

The role requires 5+ years in foodservice sales with key accounts, Dutch language fluency and strong presentation skills. Based in the Netherlands with 20–40% travel; office in Amsterdam or remote options.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Foodservice Sales with key account management experience.
• Four-year college degree in Business or equivalent.
• Dutch at native/fluent level; English at professional level; other European languages a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in foodservice and industrial.
• Develop annual customer business plans in partnership with Marketing.
• Forecast and budget planning to hit targets in the region.
• Negotiate annual collaboration plans with local key accounts and wholesalers.
• Manage distributor sales execution and scorecard performance.
