Sonos is seeking a Commercial Marketing Manager for the EMEA BENELUX region. You’ll drive how Sonos appears in retail, online, and with partners, leading cross‑functional programs with a focus on flawless execution and growth.

You’ll collaborate with sales, brand, creative and product marketing, manage the BENELUX market programs, and translate global strategy into local campaigns while measuring impact and building lasting shopper loyalty. Hybrid Netherlands role.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive marketing experience.
• Strong project management skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven track record of executing commercial marketing programmes with measurable results.
• Experience across multiple European markets and understanding of local consumer dynamics and retail landscapes.
• Ability to connect data, processes, and partner input into cohesive programmes.
• Strong communication and collaboration across teams.

Responsibilities

• Maintain weekly contact with key retail accounts to build and adjust joint business marketing plans.
• Execute global commercial playbooks across BENELUX with precision, from product launches to seasonal promotions.
• Own the regional budget for your markets and allocate spend for impact.
• Deploy global sales tools, narratives, and launch materials locally for in-market teams.
• Coordinate sales events and partner activations with the revenue team.
• Analyze market trends, consumer behaviour and channel performance to inform senior stakeholders.
