Carrière zoekt een Bench Fitter – Aluminium voor een fulltime positie in 't Harde, tussen Harderwijk en Zwolle. Je werkt aan het afwerken en voorbereiden van hoogprecisie aluminium onderdelen in een hightech productieomgeving.

Qualifications

• Ervaring als bench fitter of metaalbewerker; aluminiumervaring is een plus.
• Startend met basis metaalervaring kan ook (niveau 1).
• Goede handvaardigheden en oog voor detail en kwaliteit.
• In staat tekeningen te lezen.
• Engels is vereist; Nederlands een pluspunt.
• EU-paspoort of geldige NL-werkvergunning.
• Bereid om in een 2‑ of 3-ploegendienst te werken.

Responsibilities

• Finish bewerkte aluminium onderdelen: afbramen, slijpen, chamferen, polijsten en reinigen.
• Boor- en tapsen van gaten.
• Inzetten zoals helicoils plaatsen.
• Onderdelen controleren tegen de technische tekening.
• Voorbereiden van onderdelen voor assemblage en cleanroomgebruik.
• Omgaan met hoogprecieze, krasgevoelige onderdelen met grote zorg.

We are looking for a Bench Fitter – Aluminium for a full-time position in 't Harde (A28, between Harderwijk and Zwolle), working in a 2- or 3-shift system. You will finish, check and prepare high-precision machined aluminium parts in a high-tech production environment. Salary €2769 – €3973 gross per month (depending on level and experience), plus shift allowance and 8% holiday allowance. Housing and transport can be arranged

We are looking for a Bench Fitter – Aluminium to finish and prepare machined aluminium parts in a high-tech production environment.

This is a hands-on technical position where you will work on high-precision, scratch-sensitive components for large machine frames and vacuum chambers used in the semiconductor, medical and defence industries. Do you have basic metalworking experience and a sharp eye for detail? Then you can also start at entry level and grow from there.

What will you do?

• Finish machined aluminium parts: deburring, grinding, chamfering, polishing and cleaning
• Drill and tap holes
• Fit inserts such as helicoils
• Check parts against the technical drawing
• Prepare parts for assembly and cleanroom use
• Handle high-precision, scratch-sensitive components with great care

Our client is a high-tech specialist in machining, welding and assembly of large machine frames and vacuum chambers for the semiconductor, medical and defence industries. The company is part of a large international technology group and is located in 't Harde, between Harderwijk and Zwolle.

Wat wij vragen

• Experience as a bench fitter or metalworker; aluminium experience is a plus
• Starters with basic metal experience are welcome (start at level 1)
• Good hand skills and a sharp eye for detail and quality
• Able to read technical drawings
• English (Dutch is a plus)
• EU passport or valid NL work permit
• Willing to work in a 2- or 3-shift system
