Job summary

The Renaissance Amsterdam Hotel is seeking a Bellman to join the Navigators team, welcoming guests, assisting with luggage, and helping ensure an inspiring stay.

You will guide guests to discover Amsterdam’s hidden gems, share local trends in food, wine, art and events, and educate other ambassadors to deliver unique experiences.

Located near Amsterdam Central Station, the hotel offers coaching, wellness programs, career development and engaging team events.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills in English. Any other language is a plus.
• Preferably have experience working in a hotel or other service environment.
• Able to work different shifts.

What are my responsibilities?

As a Bellman you are part of the Navigators team and you make sure you provide our guests with an inspirational stay with unique discoveries they will always remember and want to share with their world.

So we are looking for an individual that is extremely passionate about the locale – someone who takes pride in their expertise, their community relationships, and their up-to-date knowledge of trends in food, wine, art, culture and events.

To be eligible for this position you…
