Job summary

Weflex in the Netherlands is seeking an experienced Beef Kanter (Meat Cutter/Splitter) to cut and split beef to production and quality standards in a modern, cooled facility.

The role requires proven kanter experience, knife skills, and the ability to work safely and efficiently at production pace while maintaining hygiene and HACCP compliance.

We offer 36–42 hours per week, overtime at 125% after 36 hours, early hours at 117%, housing (€85/week), and stable, long-term employment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a kanter / meat cutter (required).
• Experience in cutting and splitting beef.
• Skilled in working with knives and meat processing tools.
• Physically fit and able to work in a cold environment.
• Reliable and able to work in a structured way.
• Able to maintain quality while working at production pace.

• Cutting and splitting beef accurately according to production standards

• Ensuring correct processing and portioning of meat
