Job summary

Weflex Personeelsdiensten is seeking a Vliesmachine Operator at a beef processing facility in Andelst. You will remove excess fat from processed beef cuts using a trimming machine, while maintaining high hygiene and safety standards.

The role is full-time (36-40 hours/week) with overtime paid at 125% and accommodation optionally available. You must handle cold environments, stand for long periods, and operate the equipment accurately to ensure product quality.

Qualifications

• Experience in meat processing or fat trimming.
• Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods.
• Comfortable working in a cold environment.
• Able to operate machinery carefully and accurately.

Responsibilities

• Operate a specialized fat trimming machine (Vliesmachine).
• Remove excess fat from processed beef cuts.
• Handle meat carefully to prevent damage or contamination.
• Monitor machine performance and adjust settings when necessary.
• Check quality and accuracy of the trimming process.
• Report technical problems or product issues to supervisor.
• Follow HACCP procedures.
• Keep workplace and equipment clean and safe.
• Maintain a consistent working pace.
