Job summary

Royal IHC is seeking an experienced Product Specialist Beaver to own the technical definition of the Beaver series and guide development from concept to detail engineering.

You translate requirements into specifications, lead cross-disciplinary work and ensure lifecycle costs are optimised while maintaining the standard. Collaboration with Product Management, Engineering, Operations and Supply Chain is essential.

Qualifications

• A technical bachelor's degree is required.
• At least 4 years of relevant engineering experience.
• Experience with dredging-related products or equipment is essential.
• Experience in both basic and detail engineering.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain technical product specifications, standard options and documentation.
• Translate product requirements into technical specifications and work packages.
• Lead technical product modifications from analysis to design review and implementation.
• Safeguard standardisation and drive continuous improvement across the Beaver series.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Operations, Procurement, Supply Chain and Quality.
