Job summary

Insulet Corporation is seeking a Marketing Specialist for the Belgium and Netherlands markets. You will drive direct-to-consumer initiatives, localise global assets, and ensure regulatory compliance within a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

You will report to the Marketing Manager, work in a hybrid Utrecht-based role (2-3 days on-site), and collaborate with marketing, sales, clinical, and leadership teams to grow brand awareness and support Omnipod adoption.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field.
• Fluency in Dutch, English and French.
• Demonstrated consumer marketing experience within regulated healthcare/medical device setting.
• Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects.
• Strong presentation, communication, and public speaking skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Support the Marketing Manager in executing BE/NL consumer campaigns.
• Localise global baselines to BE/NL market needs.
• Ensure assets pass Veeva approval before market use.
• Coordinate with Events Manager for consumer events and materials.
• Complete contracts and POs ahead of activity.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with international marketing, sales, clinical, market access and leadership.
• Monitor brand sentiment, budgets and KPIs; standardise competitor activity reporting.
• Ensure regulatory compliance when engaging with external partners.
