Job summary

Corendon Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Mondi Bartender/Mixologist at Corendon Amsterdam Schiphol Airport. You will be the bar’s calling card, crafting cocktails, tapping beers, and delivering outstanding guest experiences in a Caribbean concept.

We value bartending experience in hospitality, wine/cocktail knowledge, and a service‑minded attitude. You’ll join a dynamic F&B team and enjoy staff perks, coaching, and ample opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Bartender experience in hotels or fine-dining venues.
• Good wine and cocktail knowledge.
• Service‑oriented, hospitable and social.
• Flexible and able to work independently.
• Fluent in Dutch and English.

Responsibilities

• Operate the bar and supervise interns when needed.
• Craft cocktails, serve drinks, and upsell menu items.
• Keep the bar area neat and guest experiences top‑notch.
• Report to Bar Supervisor / F&B Supervisor and collaborate with the team.
• Contribute to a welcoming, Caribbean‑themed guest experience at Mondi.

This is a Caribbean oriented concept where it's all about the experience for the guest.

Will you be our new face of the bar?

What does your job include?

As a Bartender/Mixologist at the Corendon Hotel you are the calling card for the restaurant and the bar! You are responsible for the operational running of the bar and ensure that guests can enjoy our wide range of drinks and snacks. You make the most beautiful cocktails, tap the most delicious beers, make the best coffee and you 'entertain' the guests at the bar with great pleasure! You also make sure that the bar always looks neat and you try to upsell our menus. You know how to create a place within our hotel where guests like to stay, feel at home and you ensure that they get an optimal experience!
The Bartender/Mixologist we are looking for also enjoys supervising interns who are temporarily employed by us. In this position you report to the Bar Supervisor or the F&B Supervisor and you are part of the entire F&B team.
