Job summary

HitchHike in The Hague is seeking a Bartender with a passion for mixology to deliver a memorable guest experience and inspire the team.

As a face of HitchHike, you’ll craft drinks, train colleagues, and manage premium spirits with a focus on presentation. The role requires at least 2 years of bar experience, strong communication, and a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• 2+ years bar experience in a vibrant hospitality environment
• Extensive mixology knowledge and a passion for surprising creations
• Strong communication skills and the ability to train and inspire others
• An eye for taste, presentation, and that extra touch
• Solid skills in stock management and cost control
• A flexible mindset – evenings and weekends are your playground
• Fluency in English
• Available parttime on-call with several years of experience

Welcome to HitchHike – the newest restaurant concept in the heart of The Hague. Here it’s all about flavor, vibe, and that open-road mentality: from Cali bowls to tropical cocktails and laidback surf energy. We serve Cali-Baja Cuisine: sunny, colorful, and always with a twist.

As Bartender, you’re the face of HitchHike: approachable, passionate about mixology, and ready to inspire your colleagues to create moments that last through our drinks menu. You bring
