Job summary

The Hoxton Amsterdam is seeking a Barback to support the Lotti’s bar team, ensuring stock, prep and readiness for service. You’ll be the go‑to helper for bartenders, contributing to a great guest experience with a vibrant, hospitality‑led environment.

Qualifications

• Hospitality mindset and a passion for guest experience.
• Strong teamwork and communication with front-of-house.
• Willingness to jump in and help across roles as needed.

Responsibilities

• Support bartenders by stocking, prepping, and organizing bar areas.
• Keep bar, back bar and storage clean and well‑stocked during shifts.
• Replenish spirits, mixers, beers, wines and non‑alcoholic beverages as needed.
• Assist with deliveries, stock rotation and FIFO where applicable.
• Support opening/closing duties to prep for the next shift.
• Collaborate with Restaurant & Bar, Kitchen and other teams to ensure a seamless guest experience.
