Job Description

Instant Commerce is looking for a Backend Developer who has experience with TypeScript and has worked with NodeJS and frameworks such as NestJS, ExpressJS and TypeORM.

In this role, you'll be working on new features, integrations with 3rd party applications and open source projects to boost developer experience for our customers. With our headquarters in Amsterdam, you will be able to join a hybrid-work-friendly team.

What you’ll do if you join us:

• Build modern backend applications with TypeScript and NestJS
• Collaborate with frontend developers to create new blocks and components for our ever expanding UI system
• Collaborate with other developers and designers in ensuring technical feasibility

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience working as a Backend Developer
• 3+ years of experience with Node.js, relational databases & SQL and ExpressJS
• Strong understanding of ES6, TypeScript, and Testing
• Portfolio of relevant experience
• Experience working in an English speaking environment
• Experience working with UX/UI/Product designers
• Analytical mindset and good problem-solving skills
• Bonus: GraphQL
